maybe he is talking about his girlfriends in his house. A lot of people who wash their hands after using a public restroom don't wash their hands when using a restroom in a home.

im a girl seen this many times its got to the point were if im with a child i make a fuss telling them to wash hands so those who havnt can hear its allways seems to be those who think there something better you know the type who think they shouldnt have to use a public loo
