I met a guy a few months ago we had a lovely time togeather but now we are worlds apart and will probibly never meet again. We have minimal contact through Msm and text but mostly a missed call each night which makes me smile(at least he still thinks about me) i like having him as a friend as i hope one day we will have learnt enough or each-others language to hold a small conversation and i can dream of a reunion cant i But my family keep making silly comments about our friendship saying he only wants a green card, hell get board of you soon how many others are their + hes only after your money. {So basicly there saying no-one will want me unless they can get anything out of me} which makes me feel like crap!
After our holiday i keept intouch with a few of the staff we chat occasionly on MSN we just say hi how are you they always ask how the family are and generaly chat like that which i dont see any harm in.
IM not stupid and would never hand money over or invite them to stay although some are no longer working at the hotel they say if i ever go back to let them know and they will show me around Sounds dodgy i know but is ment and was said only as friends(apparently i missed a few things last time) I have family but am single and most of these friends have familys Etc:

i am in my 30s with children and my family hate me talking to anyone and it is impossible for me to do anything alone and its me they come to first if they need money or a favour.
