I have a problem with jealousy
I get so jealous of other guys when they are around my girlfriend. It's like I'm over protective or I try to be too controlling. The jealousy eats me up inside; I'd like to not be so jealous and controlling, but regardless of who I am dating at the time, it always seems to be the case; I always am worried when I'm not around her, that she might be flirting with other guys or wearing something that will attract attention from guys and i'm scared because I know how a lot of guys are and would love to take advantage of girls. What is the root cause of my feelings and anxiety? Maybe I have a hard time trusting others? Maybe I don't trust my girlfriend not getting herself in certain situations...I don't know. I just hope I can get rid of my jealousy and untrustingness b\c it really hurts my relationship with my girlfriend when I get so jealous and don't trust her with others.

You have to learn to build trust with her or you will lose her. You probably do have trust issues from previous relationships but you can't take it out on her. You seem like a good guy, if she's a good girl then you should try to trust her. It will take time but be strong... you can work through it.

you should really trust her..why? bcz it happened to me my guy wouldn't trust me with any guy and well i ended up breakin up with him bcz i got tired of all his jelousy if he really loved me he would have trusted me..and if you donn't want u'r girl to get tired of you try to trust her kay?! =)

You deal too much in absolutes. People are not absolute. You should know, you've dated several other people before, and things ended. With humans, they do. Get used to it.

That is what you're getting. Your idea of total devotion is not to be found in the real world, and you should purge your head of it immediately.
