Not to kick you when your down, but if you wish you had friends... get off the stupid computer and make some!! go to the bar, look for friends at work, on the subway, anywhere! there are possible friends everywhere you go. You must have at least one friend. ask him if he knows anybody you could hang out with. so hope ur friends search goes well!

It can be hard when you dont have friends, but be yourself, start a conversation with someone at work or wherever and youll be ok. We all feel lonly sometimes, it only human. KEEP TROOPING!!

I am guessing you are an introvert, and the advice to just go storming out to a bar to meet people will not be an attractive option. The good news is that there lots of other introverts in the world, and without working up a full psychological profile on you-- the chances are that there is absolutely nothing wrong with you and no reason that you shouldn't have as many friends as you want. Here is my advice:
1. You have to think positive. To attract what you want you have to act as if you already have it. That's not deceit; it's faith.
2. The easiest way for introverts to meet is through some hobby or activity which takes the focus off themselves. Volunteer, join a knitting circle, a hiking club, whatever. Do something you like to do, and don't be afraid to talk to people. Most of them don't bite. You will probably even meet a few extroverts who go out of the way to start the conversation with you.
3. Yes you can meet new friends online. Start a blog, join Myspace, try Second Life.
4. Have fun. Nobody wants to hang around downers.

Know what you meen i had lots of people who i talk to on a day to day bacis from work mainly they were always around when they wanted something But now im not working were are they ?? not exactley friends were they!!! never had enyone i could realy talk to though and none of them out of work hours its not that easy to make friends is it.
